Installing Kitchen Sink Faucet with Sprayer

Kitchen sink faucet with sprayer – Install a new or replacement sink with a sprayer is not as difficult as most people think. With a few tools and your new fixture, you can start and finish in as little as an hour. Of course, you should do this job while the shops are open, just in case you forgot or need anything, but it should be a fairly simple job that almost anyone can do.

Instructions

Buy a mixer that matches your sink. Your kitchen counter can have three or four holes or a large opening. If using a crane with a syringe, take either four openings or a large one and a separate opening of the syringe. Make sure you get one that fits. Do not buy the cheapest faucet, or have plastic parts that wear out quickly.

Read the instructions that come with the kitchen sink faucet with sprayer. Each crane is slightly different, and the booklet will contain instructions, tips and warnings tailored to the hardware. Turn off the water and remove the old faucet, if available. Place new faucet fixture into the opening and seal the connection or connections with the calculator.

Connect the water lines with braided flexible hoses. The tubes come in various lengths, but the connectors on the ends are standard sizes. Pull the sprayer hose but counter opening. Apply thread sealant to the central connection on the tap and connect the sprayer hose to it. Tighten the nut with a wrench. Reconnect the drain lines, if necessary, and test the kitchen sink faucet with sprayer. Look for leaks.
